Refund and Return Policy
We accept medications that are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered as returns. For us to accept the item as a return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery, and beyond this time, the request would not be accommodated unless mandated by law. Perishable items, temperature-sensitive medications, and those clearly noted as non-returnable are not accepted as returns except when they are defective or damaged when they arrive.
Refunds are processed after our staff receives and verifies the product. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the payment mode made originally. In the event that the product was purchased cash on delivery (COD), refunds are processed as store credits or credited to your provided bank account. Any handling/shipping fees paid when purchased are non-returnable except when the return is due to our fault.
