We deliver medications to locations within our service areas as described on our website. Delivery is 2 to 7 business days depending on the delivery site, product availability, and delivery option selected at the time of purchase. For emergencies, express delivery may be offered at an additional cost. 

We would also notify you of the delivery times, delays, or any issues by way of email, SMS, or from your account on our website. In case tracking details are unavailable, you can get instant assistance from our customer support.

It is your responsibility to check that the delivery address you've given us is correct, complete, and reachable. Delivery is not made to P.O. boxes or off-limits locations. For temperature-sensitive products, we use special packaging to maintain product integrity. In case you decline delivery after two attempts, the order may be shipped back, and you may be charged re-delivery fees.
